Child Therapy N.I. is an innovative Child Counselling and Child Psychotherapy Centre, based in the prime location of Derry-Londonderry.
We offer highly specialised therapeutic assessments, treatment and therapy for children with a range of emotional and behavioural issues.

Our aims

To work in collaboration and conjunction with all Health and Social Care Agencies, Schools, Courts and Voluntary Organisations.

To fully support the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Service (CAPS), which aims to provide therapeutic and emotional support to children aged from 4 to 18 years.

To provide specialised professional support to groups such as educators, doctors etc

To help reduce the waiting times for children in need of emotional and psychological help and support.

To build resilience, self-esteem and emotional capacity in children, young people and adults

To help clients to manage their lives

To sustain mental well being and to promote a better integrated life.

To enable adults to understand the importance of their children's ability to deal with emotional and mental issues.
